"MPoints" Terms & Conditions

Overview

“MPoints” is a loyalty program (hereafter the “Program”) provided by ServiceComsvg LLC (the “Company”) for all MTrading clients. Each client is automatically eligible to participate and earn MPoints from trading activity. MPoints can be redeemed at any time for real rewards.

General Terms

2.1. By participating in the Program, the Client acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Company’s General Terms and Conditions, Terms of Business and all other applicable policies.

2.2. The Program is available to all Clients of MTrading holding M.Premium or M.Pro accounts.

2.3. Only trades executed on currency pairs and gold instruments are eligible for MPoints accrual.

2.4. Participation is activated automatically:

  • For new Clients — after the first deposit is completed.

  • For existing Clients — participation is automatically active.

2.5. MPoints have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between Clients and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.6. MPoints do not expire and may be redeemed at any time, subject to sufficient balance and verification of the Client’s account.

2.7. Clients may use multiple trading accounts. All eligible accounts under a single Client profile will contribute cumulatively to the Client’s total MPoints balance.

2.8. The Program is available globally, subject only to the Company’s restrictions on service provision in certain countries.

How MPoints are Calculated

3.1. MPoints are awarded on the following basis:

Currency Pairs:

  • 1 traded lot on M.Premium = 2 MPoints
  • 1 traded lot on M. Ultra = 4 MPoints
  • 1 traded lot on M.Pro = 1 MPoint

Gold:

  • 1 traded lot on M.Premium = 4 MPoints
  • 1 traded lot on M. Ultra = 8 MPoints
  • 1 traded lot on M.Pro = 2 MPoints

3.2. Only Eligible Trades (as defined in Section 6) contribute toward MPoints accrual.

How to Redeem Rewards

4.1. Clients may redeem accumulated MPoints through the MPoints Rewards Catalog available in the Trader’s Room.

4.2. Rewards are subject to stock availability. If a selected reward is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

4.3. Images of rewards displayed in the MPoints Rewards Catalog may differ in appearance, color or packaging from actual items.

4.4. Once redeemed, MPoints will be deducted immediately from the Client’s account balance. Redemption requests are final and cannot be reversed.

4.5. After a redemption request is submitted, a Company representative will contact the Client within two (2) business days via the contact details provided during registration to verify shipping information.

4.6. The estimated delivery time for physical rewards is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation, subject to the Client's location and courier availability.

Miscellaneous

5.1. At all times, the Company reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this promotion without any prior notice to current or prospective promotion participants.

5.2. If the Company suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse the Program or otherwise acted in bad faith, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Deny, withhold or cancel accrued MPoints.

  • Cancel the Client’s participation in the Program, temporarily or permanently.

  • Suspend or terminate access to the Trader’s Room or trading accounts.

5.3. Trading in the Forex and CFD markets involves significant risk. Clients must ensure they fully understand the risks involved. Participation in the Program shall not be construed as investment advice, nor should it constitute a motivating factor for participation in financial markets.

5.4. The MPoints Rewards Catalog, as well as the number and type of available rewards, are determined solely by the Company and may be updated periodically without notice.

5.5. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all applicable taxes, fees and duties related to redeemed rewards are duly paid in accordance with their local legislation.

5.6. In case of any questions regarding the Program, Clients may contact the Company at support@mtrading.com or reach out to their personal account manager.

Definitions

“New Client” – An individual who, at the time of enrolment into the Program, does not have any live accounts or earlier registrations at MTrading.

“Existing Client” – An individual or corporation who, at the moment of enrolment into the Program, has, or earlier was in possession of, any of the following accounts:

  • Registration at MTrading;
  • Real trading account (currently active or deactivated).

“Company” – ServiceComsvg LLC registered at PO Box 2897, Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent And The Grenadines, VC0100

“MPoints Rewards Catalog” — The online catalog available in the Trader’s Room, displaying all items available for redemption.

“Reward” – Any merchandise, product or item offered for redemption in exchange for MPoints.

“Eligible Trade” – A full round-turn trade in gold or currency pairs, which remains open for at least three (3) minutes and complies with the Program’s MPoints calculation rules.

“Deposit Bonus” – Promotional funds credited by the Company to a Client’s account, which affect the rate of MPoints accrual.
